How to Manage Follow-Ups
Efficiently track and prioritize your outreach efforts using the global Follow-Ups dashboard.
Phase 1: Navigating the Dashboard
Access Follow-Ups: Select the Follow-Ups tab from the main navigation bar.
Priority Views: Toggle between This Week, Catch Up (overdue), and Coming Up (future tasks) to focus on your most urgent outreach.
Search: Use the search bar to find a specific contact or follow-up task by name.
Phase 2: Customizing Your View
Filter by Type: Narrow your list to specific categories like "Birthday," "Houseiversary," or "General" tasks.
Filter by Method: Isolate tasks by communication channel, such as "Phone Call," "Email," "Text," or "Social".
