Updating and Editing Follow-Ups

As client needs change, your communication strategy must evolve. Here is how to modify your existing plans.

Phase 1: Finding the Schedule

  1. Navigate: Go to the Contacts section and select the client whose plan needs adjusting.

  2. View Plan: Open their Follow-Ups tab to see all active schedules.

Phase 2: Making Modifications

  1. Edit: Click the pencil icon next to the specific follow-up you wish to modify.

  2. Adjust Parameters: Change the start date, frequency, or the method of contact (e.g., Phone vs. Email).

Phase 3: Saving and Verification

  1. Update: Click Save Follow Up to apply your changes immediately.

  2. Confirm: Check the Activity tab to see a confirmed log of your recent edits, ensuring your tracking remains accurate.
