How to Complete To-Dos/Follow-Ups
Keep track of completed tasks and follow-ups
How to Complete To-Dos/Follow-Ups
Ensure your records are always accurate by marking tasks as finished as you go.
Phase 1: Finalizing Follow-Ups
Identify Task: Locate your pending outreach in the Follow-Ups section.
Mark Complete: Check the box next to the contact’s name.
Rescheduling: The task will automatically update to its next scheduled date based on your recurrence settings and move to the Coming Up tab.
Phase 2: Finishing To-Dos
Open Task: Click on a specific task title to view its full details.
Update Status: Select Mark Complete at the top of the window, or simply click the circle icon in your main list.
Review History: Access the Completed tab to view a historical record of all finished items.
