How to Pin Contacts on Web

Keep your most frequent collaborators and high-priority clients at the top of your list.

• Open a Profile: Navigate to All Contacts and click on the contact you wish to prioritize.

• Toggle the Pin: In the top right corner of the contact record, toggle the Pin switch to the "on" position (purple).

• View Pinned List: Return to the main Contacts page and select the Pinned tab at the top. This creates a filtered view of only your VIP contacts for quick access.
