How to Add a New Contact on Web

Build a comprehensive profile for new leads and clients in three simple steps.

  • Step 1: Personal Info: Click + Add in the top right. Enter the name, email, and phone number. You can also toggle Birthday Follow-Up to automate a reminder.

  • Step 2: Properties: Click Next to log specific needs. You can enter location preferences (e.g., "Fayetteville area"), desired features (e.g., "Smart kitchen"), and budget ranges.

  • Step 3: Follow Up: Set a recurring communication schedule (e.g., "Every 2 Weeks" via "Phone Call").

  • Finalize: Click Create Contact to add them to your database.
