How to Add Contacts or Groups Using Code on Web

Objective: Use a 7-character share code provided by a teammate to import a contact into your database.

Steps to Import

1. Go to All Contacts: Click the All Contacts tab in the sidebar.

2. Open Import Menu: Click the three-dot (...) menu button next to the purple "+ Add" button in the top right.

3. Enter Share Code: Select Enter Share Code from the dropdown menu.

4. Lookup & Add: * Type or paste the 7-character code shared with you.

   • Click Look Up to verify the contact details.

   • Click Add to My Contacts to complete the import.

Pro Tip: This feature imports all relevant contact info and notes, saving you the time of manual data entry.
