How to Upload Attachments for Contacts
Centralize your workflow by keeping all contracts, PDFs, and images directly within a contact's record for easy access.
Phase 1: Accessing the Files Tab
Find Contact: From your main Contacts list, click on the name of the individual you wish to update.
Open Files: Click the Files tab located in the secondary navigation bar of the contact profile.
Phase 2: Uploading and Managing Files
Initiate Upload: Click the upload icon (upward arrow) to open the import window.
Select Type: Choose between Upload Image or Upload PDF based on the file type.
Confirm: Select the file from your computer. Once uploaded, it will appear in the Your Files list.
Manage: Use the icons next to the file name to view, download, or delete the attachment.
Pro Tip: For a faster workflow, you can drag and drop files directly from your desktop into the "Your Files" area.
