How to Manage Client Notes Efficiently

Keep your client insights organized and accessible with flexible layouts and priority pinning in three phases.

Phase 1: Customizing Your Notes View

Tailor the workspace to match your preferred style of reading and data entry.

  • Open Notes Hub: Click the Notes section from the main dashboard.

  • Change Layout: Click the Layout icon in the top right corner.

  • Select View: Choose between a List view for a narrative feel or a Tabular view for a structured, spreadsheet-style look.

Phase 2: Note Maintenance

Ensure your documentation stays accurate and relevant as client relationships evolve.

  • Edit Content: Click the Pencil icon on any note to update the text or details.

  • Remove Entries: Click the Trash icon to delete notes that are no longer necessary.

Phase 3: Prioritizing Key Insights

Ensure your most critical information is never more than a click away.

  • Pin Important Info: Click the Pin icon on a specific note to anchor it to the top of your list.

  • Review Priority Notes: Click the Pinned tab to see a dedicated list of your most important documentation.
