FAQ 1: How do I upload a contract to a client's profile? Answer: Navigate to the Files tab within the contact profile. You can either click Upload File or simply drag and drop the document directly from your desktop into the browser window.

FAQ 2: How do I ensure my most critical notes are always visible? Answer: You can use the Pin feature to keep essential information at the very top of a contact's timeline. Simply click the pin icon on any note—such as gate codes, sensitive client preferences, or important background info—and it will remain anchored at the top of the list, regardless of how many new notes are added later.

FAQ 3: Is there a file size limit for uploads? Answer: Individual files are currently capped at 25MB. For larger documents, such as high-resolution video tours, we recommend sharing a link from a cloud storage provider (like Google Drive) within the Notes section.

FAQ 4: How do I "Pin" an important note to the top? Answer: Locate the note on the contact's timeline and click the Pin icon. This will keep that note at the very top of the list, regardless of when it was written—perfect for gate codes or critical client preferences.

FAQ 5: Can I search through my notes? Answer: Yes. There is a Search Notes bar at the top of every contact's timeline. Type in a keyword (like "Pool" or "Closing") to instantly filter all notes associated with that person.
