How to Utilize Contact Types

Learn how to categorize your contacts as Buyers, Sellers, or Renters to keep your outreach organized and relevant.

Phase 1: Discovery & Filtering

Quickly find segments of your database using built-in identifiers.

  • Navigate to Contacts: Click the Contacts section to view your full database.

  • Apply Filters: Use the Contact Type Filter at the top of the list to narrow your view to specific groups, such as only "Buyers" or "Leads."

Phase 2: Modifying Designations

Update a contact’s role as their real estate journey evolves.

  • Edit Details: Select a contact and click the Edit Details button.

  • Access Type Menu: Locate the Contact Types section and click Edit Types to open the selection menu.

  • Multi-Select Labels: Choose one or more types (e.g., Buyer, Renter, or Past Client) to accurately reflect the contact’s status.

Phase 3: Saving & Syncing

Lock in your changes to maintain an organized dashboard.

  • Finalize Selection: Click Done once you have checked the appropriate boxes.

  • Save Changes: Click the Save Changes button at the top of the profile to update the contact's record across the entire platform.
