How to Update Your Profile Information

Manage your Client Keeper profile to reflect updated information

Personalize your account and ensure your team has the correct contact details in three simple phases.

Phase 1: Accessing Account Settings

Navigate to the administrative side of your user profile.

  • Open Profile Menu: Click the Profile icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner of your dashboard.

  • Enter Settings: Select Profile & Settings from the sidebar, then click Profile Settings to view your current information.

Phase 2: Modifying Personal Data

Update your identity and contact information to keep your digital ID current.

  • Enable Editing: Click the Purple Pencil Icon to unlock the fields for modification.

  • Update Photo & Name: Upload a new avatar or adjust your first and last name as needed.

  • Refresh Contact Info: Verify your email address and input your current phone number and physical address.

Phase 3: Localization and Saving

Sync your account with your local time to ensure all system notifications are accurate.

  • Set Time Zone: Use the Time Zone dropdown to select your local region (e.g., Central Time).

  • Commit Changes: Click Save Changes to apply all updates to your account.
