How to Configure Notification Settings

Learn how to stay informed on important updates while filtering out the noise in three simple phases.

Phase 1: Device Activation Ensure your browser and device are permitted to receive alerts from Client Keeper.

  • Access Settings: Navigate to the main menu and select Profile & Settings.

  • Open Notifications: Click the Notifications tab from the sidebar menu.

  • Enable Permissions: Click the Enable Device Notifications button to allow system-level alerts on your computer or phone.

Phase 2: Schedule Management Customize when you receive push notifications to match your daily workflow.

  • Set Push Timings: Under Push Notifications, use the toggles to activate Morning, Afternoon, or Evening alerts.

  • Adjust Hours: Select specific times (e.g., 9:00 AM or 5:00 PM) for your daily digests to arrive.

Phase 3: Channel Filtering Refine exactly which types of activities trigger an alert to keep your inbox clean.

  • Filter Activity Types: Scroll to Activity Notifications and toggle specific categories (like New Messages or Task Notifications) on or off.

  • Manage Email Reports: Under Email Notifications, verify that Weekly Follow-Up Summary is enabled for a high-level overview.

  • Apply Changes: Click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen to update your preferences.
