How to Share Group Information to Other Users on Web

Objective: Learn how to quickly share a curated group of contacts with your teammates using links, codes, or QR codes.

How to Share a Group

  1. Navigate to Groups: From the left-hand sidebar, click on the Groups tab.

  2. Select Your Group: Click on the specific group name (e.g., "Email Leads") that you wish to share.

  3. Open the Share Menu: In the top right corner of the group detail page, click the Share Group icon (located next to the "Add Members" button).

  4. Choose Your Sharing Method:

    • Share via Link: Generates a direct URL you can paste into an email or message.

    • Share via Code: Generates a unique 7-character code (e.g., KA9-DRWB) for your teammate to enter manually.

    • Share via QR Code: Displays a code that can be scanned directly from your screen by another user's mobile device.

Note: Sharing a group allows your teammates to sync those contacts into their own Client Keeper account instantly, keeping the whole team aligned on lead outreach.
