How to Add Contact Groups on Web
Group your contacts to streamline your communication and keep your pipeline organized.
Access Groups: Click on the Groups tab under the Contacts menu in the sidebar.
Start a Group: Click the purple + Create Group button in the top right.
Name Your Group: Enter a descriptive name (e.g., "Hot Leads" or "Past Clients").
Add Members: Click Select Contacts and check the boxes for the clients you wish to include.
Finalize: Click Confirm, then Create Group. Your new segment is now active and ready for use.
