How to Set Customized Follow-Ups on Mobile

For one-off tasks like property visits or document drop-offs, custom follow-ups allow for specialized tracking.

  • Create a Task: Navigate to a contact’s profile, open the Follow ups section, and tap the (+) icon.

  • Define the Title: Select the Custom Follow Up tab and enter a descriptive name, such as "Scheduled Visit," so you know exactly what the task entails when the reminder appears.

  • Schedule Timing: Use the Custom Date picker to select the exact day for the touchpoint.

  • Select Method & Frequency: Choose the best outreach channel—including Pop-By or Letter Mail—and set how often the task should repeat before hitting Save.
