How to Add and Edit Follow-Ups on Mobile

Stay top-of-mind with your leads by setting up automated reminders directly from your phone.

  • Access the Tool: Tap the purple (+) button on the Follow Ups dashboard to start a new reminder.

  • Select Timing & Contact: Choose your Start Date (Today or a Custom Date) and select the specific contact, such as Donald Campbell, from your list.

  • Define the Method: Choose how you want to reach out—via Text, Email, or Phone Call.

  • Set Frequency: Pick a recurring frequency (e.g., Every 2 Weeks) so the app handles the remembering for you.

  • Sync to Calendar: Toggle Show on Calendar to bake the task into your daily schedule, then hit Save.

  • Manage Existing Tasks: View all upcoming tasks in the Coming Up tab or manage them individually within any contact's profile under the Follow ups section.

Pro Tip: Tapping into the specific follow-up details allows you to see the next scheduled date and exactly when the touchpoint started.
