How to Track and Manage Your Leads
Master the tools needed to monitor lead activity and organize your pipeline for maximum efficiency in three simple phases.
Phase 1: Lead Intelligence Tracking
Gain deep insights into individual lead behavior and conversion potential.
Access Lead Data: Open a contact profile and click the Lead Info tab.
Monitor Scoring: Review the Lead Score to gauge engagement levels and prioritize follow-ups.
Analyze Metrics: Check Conversion Metrics and Recent Lead Activities to identify trends and see the latest updates.
Phase 2: Lead Directory Management
Control your entire lead database with refined search and visibility tools.
Navigate to Leads: Click the Leads section in the top navigation bar.
Refine Results: Click the Filter icon to open the search criteria menu.
Filter by Status: Select specific categories like Hot, Warm, or Cold and click Apply to refresh your list.
Phase 3: Category Organization
Segment your leads into high-priority groups for more targeted outreach.
Access Groups: Click the Groups tab within the Leads or Contacts section.
Select High Priority: Click on a group like Hot Leads to view focused segments.
Manage Members: Use the Group Members area to edit details or add/remove individuals from the group.
