How to Add and Remove Leads

Keep your sales pipeline current by adding new opportunities or converting existing contacts into leads in three phases.

Phase 1: Creating Brand New Leads

Quickly add fresh opportunities that aren't yet in your database.

  • Open Lead Manager: Click the Leads section in the navigation bar.

  • Add New Entry: Click the + Add Lead button.

  • Fill Details: Enter the Personal Info and Property details in the form and click save to create the lead.

Phase 2: Converting Existing Contacts

Turn a long-term relationship into an active sales opportunity.

  • Find Contact: Navigate to the Contacts tab and select the profile of the person you wish to convert.

  • Toggle Status: In the profile header, switch the Lead toggle to the "On" position.

Phase 3: Removing Lead Status

Clean up your pipeline by offboarding leads that are no longer active opportunities.

  • Select Active Lead: Open the lead profile you wish to change.

  • Untoggle Status: Switch the Lead toggle to "Off." This retains them as a Contact in your database but removes them from your Lead tracking and pipeline.
