Managing Relationships: Follow-Ups and MYRA

A CRM is only useful if it helps you stay top-of-mind. Client Keeper uses automated reminders and AI assistance to ensure no lead goes cold.

Scheduling Follow-Ups

  1. Open a contact profile and click + Add Follow Up.

  2. Set your start date and frequency (e.g., every 2 weeks).

  3. Note: These reminders are repeatable. If you miss a scheduled touchpoint, the system will keep reminding you until the task is addressed.


Organizing Your Database: Groups, Notes, and To-Dos

Effective real estate agents segment their audience. Use these tools to tailor your communication.

Contact Groups

Segment your contacts by status (Buyer, Seller, Past Client) or lead source (Referral, Website Lead).

  • Create Groups: Navigate to the Groups tab to build new categories.

  • Quick Manage: You can add or remove a contact from any group directly from their individual profile with one click.

Notes vs. To-Dos

  • Notes: Use this for "soft" data—anniversary dates, kids' names, favorite neighborhoods, or meeting recaps. You can Pin important notes to the top of a profile.

  • To-Dos: Use this for "hard" tasks—sending a comp report, following up after an inspection, or scheduling a walkthrough. Mark them as complete to keep your workflow clean.


Time Management: Calendar and Experiments

Keep your schedule in one place and stay ahead of the curve with our latest beta features.

The Calendar View

The Calendar tab aggregates your appointments, showings, and follow-ups.

  • Adding Events: Click any day on the calendar to set a time slot and description.

  • Views: Switch between Month, Week, Day, or Agenda views to get the perspective you need.

The Experiments Lab

For users who want to try the latest tech before it goes mainstream, visit Settings > Experiments.

  • Beta Features: Toggle on new interfaces, the Broker/Team Dashboard, or advanced Inbox syncing.
