Getting Started on the Basics of Client Keeper
Here's what you need to know to officially get started
Getting Started on the Basics of Client Keeper
The foundation of Client Keeper is your contact list. Whether you have ten names or ten thousand, getting them into the system is the first step.
Ways to Import
Manual Entry: Best for adding a single new lead on the fly.
CSV Upload: Navigate to Profile Settings > Import. Upload your CSV file and ensure your headers (Name, Email, etc.) are mapped correctly to the Client Keeper fields.
Concierge Service: If you’d rather not handle the formatting, select the "We Upload Your Data" option, and our team will process the file for you.
Pro-Tip
Client Keeper is fully optimized for mobile. Download the iOS or Android app to manage your database while you're out at showings or open houses.
Meet MYRA (Your AI Assistant)
MYRA is designed to handle "busy work" via text, audio, or even photos.
Data Entry: Send MYRA a photo of a sign-in sheet or a napkin note, and she will extract the data and create contacts.
Tasking: Ask MYRA to "Log a birthday for [Name]" or "Schedule a follow-up," and she’ll execute it for you.
Verification: All data handled by MYRA undergoes a verification process to ensure accuracy before appearing in your database.
