FAQ 1: How do I schedule a new appointment or event? Answer: Simply click the + Add Event button on the Calendar page or click directly on a specific time slot. You can then enter the event title, location, and description, and even link it to a specific Contact so the meeting shows up on their profile timeline.

FAQ 2: Can I see my daily To-Dos on the Calendar? Answer: Yes. In your To-Do, you can choose to sync its reminders into your calendar. This will help you see a broader perspective on task management using your calendar

FAQ 3: How do I switch between different calendar views? Answer: At the top of the Calendar dashboard, you will find tabs for Month, Week, and Day views. You can also select the Agenda view for a simplified, chronological list of all upcoming events and deadlines.

FAQ 4: Can I sync my ClientKeeper Calendar with my phone? Answer: Absolutely. Navigate to Profile & Settings and select Integrations. From there, you can connect your Google or Outlook account. Once synced, any appointment made in ClientKeeper will appear on your smartphone's native calendar app.

FAQ 5: How can I differentiate different types of events? Answer: When you enter a new event, create a title that's unique and distinguishable to you. Events are also color-coded to distinguish them from each other, ensuring you stay on top of your appointments, events, tasks, and other agendas.
