How to Set Recurring and Multiple Follow-Ups on Web
Objective: Automate your outreach by setting recurring follow-up reminders.
Open a Contact: From your All Contacts list, click on the lead you want to follow up with.
Add Follow-Up: Scroll to the Follow Ups card on the right and click the plus (+) icon.
Configure Schedule: * Select the First Follow Up date (e.g., "Next Week" or a custom date).
Choose the Follow Up Frequency (e.g., every 2 weeks, monthly, etc.).
Select your Follow Up Method (Phone Call, Text, Email, etc.).
Save: Click Save Follow Up to activate the schedule.
