How to Setup Homeversary Follow-Ups on Mobile

Automatically generate annual reminders to celebrate the anniversary of a client’s home purchase.

Steps:

1. Open a contact’s profile and navigate to the Properties tab.

2. Tap the Plus (+) icon next to Homes Closed.

3. Enter the property address and the final sales price.

4. Select the Closing Date from the calendar.

5. Ensure the toggle for Follow up with Housiversary Each Year is turned ON.

6. Tap Save Closed Property.

7. Check your Follow Ups tab; you will see automated "Yearly" tasks scheduled for that date to remind you to call or text your client.
