How to Add and Manage Contact Groups on Mobile

As your business evolves, you can easily create and manage new segments for your database.

  • Edit Existing Groups: From the main Groups tab, tap into a category to change its name or tap Add Members to search and select new contacts for that list.

  • Create a New Group: Tap the (+) icon on the Groups screen, give your segment a name (e.g., "Convention Leads"), and tap Choose Contacts to select members.

  • Finalize: Tap Create to make your new group live and ready for outreach.
