How to Add Leads on Mobile

Learn how to manually add new prospects to your database using the guided "New Contact" flow.

Steps:

  1. Open the Client Keeper mobile app.

  2. Tap the Menu (three horizontal lines) icon in the bottom right corner of the navigation bar.

  3. Select Leads from the list of options.

  4. Tap the Plus (+) icon in the top right corner to start a new entry.

  5. Follow the three-step guided process:

    • Personal Info: Enter the name, email, and phone number.

    • Properties: Add any current property details.

    • Follow Up: Set your initial communication schedule.

  6. Tap Continue to move through the steps and finish by saving the contact.
