How to Setup Contact Permissions on Mobile
To seamlessly import your existing contacts into Client Keeper, the app requires permission to access your device's address book. This ensures you can track follow-ups without manual data entry.
How to Enable Permissions:
Open the Client Keeper Mobile app.
Tap the Menu (three lines) icon in the bottom right corner.
Select Profile & Settings.
Tap on Contact Permissions.
When the system prompt appears, select Open Settings.
In your device’s system settings, tap Contacts and ensure Full Access is selected.
Note: If you select "Limited Access," you will only be able to see specific contacts you’ve manually approved, which may interfere with the app's ability to suggest follow-ups.
