How to Edit and Manage Transaction Details

Phase 1: Navigating Transaction Data
Explore the categorized tabs to find the specific information you need to review.
Overview & Property: Use the Overview tab to check high-level data like address and contract price.
Manage Parties: Click the Parties tab to view buyers, sellers, and their associated contact tags.
Review History: Access the Timeline tab to see a chronological log of all actions taken on the deal.
Files & Notes: Use the Documents and Notes tabs to manage attachments and internal memos.
Phase 2: Updating Transaction Records
Ensure your data remains current as the deal progresses toward closing.
Enter Edit Mode: Click the Edit button at the bottom of any transaction tab.
Modify Fields: Update the closing date, contract price, or notes as needed.
Commit Updates: Click Continue to save the new information and return to the main transaction view.
