How to Set Up Houseiversary Notifications

Celebrate your clients' home-buying milestones automatically. Setting up a Houseiversary ensures you receive a recurring annual reminder to reach out and maintain that relationship.

Phase 1: Logging the Closed Property

  • Select Contact: Open the specific contact profile from your Contacts list.

  • Navigate to Properties: Click the Properties tab within their profile.

  • Add Listing: Click + Add Property and select Home Closed from the dropdown menu.

Phase 2: Activating the Reminder

  • Enter Location: Fill out the Property Location fields, including the street address and zip code.

  • Set Closing Date: Under the Closing Information section, select the date the home purchase was finalized.

  • Toggle Notification: Ensure the Follow up with Houseiversary Each Year button is toggled to the "On" position.

  • Finalize: Click Save Closed Property. The system will now generate an annual notification for this date.

Pro Tip: You can find all your upcoming Houseiversaries listed under the Coming Up tab in your central Follow-Ups dashboard.
