SMS Text Message Program (MYRA Text Messaging)
Client Keeper offers an optional text message program called MYRA Text Messaging. It lets a Client Keeper subscriber text MYRA — the AI assistant inside their own Client Keeper CRM account — to look up and manage their own CRM data. Every message MYRA sends is a 1:1 conversational reply to a message the subscriber sent first. The program sends no marketing or promotional messages, and it never messages anyone other than the account holder who enrolled.
How you opt in. Opt-in is user-initiated and requires access to your own Client Keeper account. You enable MYRA Text Messaging in Client Keeper under Settings → Experiments, which issues a one-time link code shown only inside your account. You then text that code from your own mobile phone to MYRA's number, and finally approve that phone number while signed in to your Client Keeper account. The number is linked only after that in-account approval. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase of any good or service.
Program disclosures. Message frequency varies — MYRA replies only when you text it. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@clientkeepercrm.com.
How we handle SMS opt-in data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers that transmit messages on our behalf and only for that purpose.

Policy Updates
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes through email or via the app. Continued use of the app after the updates signifies acceptance of the new terms.
